Privacy notice

OpsBraid is operated by Acadiana Data Integration Systems, L.L.C. This notice explains how the founder-led service handles information submitted through opsbraid.com and its Workflow Preview at app.opsbraid.com.

Information collected

The business-review and AI Setup forms collect your name, company, work email, optional phone number where shown, business type, expected users, AI tool and other systems, the repeated task you describe, your preferred next step, offer and capability interest, and campaign labels included in the page link. The site also stores a one-way hash of basic network information to limit repeated automated submissions; it does not store the raw network address in the inquiry record.

How the information is used

The information is used to review your request, respond to you, decide whether a fit call or bounded setup is appropriate, operate a resulting business relationship, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records. Submitting a form does not purchase anything or enroll you in an automated marketing sequence.

Workflow Preview and OpenAI processing

When you use Workflow Preview at app.opsbraid.com, the workflow description you submit is sent to OpenAI to generate the requested blueprint. The browser may also store your draft and generated preview locally on your device so you can continue working. Do not enter passwords, CUI, customer records, health information, payment-card information, export-controlled technical data, former-employer files, or other sensitive or regulated data.

Sharing and sale

Your information is not sold or rented. It may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, data storage, communications, security, or a service you request. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the site, the business, or another person.

Retention and choices

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, a resulting customer relationship, security, or legal recordkeeping. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the business-review form and begin the description with “Privacy request.” Some records may need to be retained when legally required.

Security and changes

Reasonable safeguards are used, including a restricted owner queue, but no online service can promise absolute security. This notice may be updated as the business or its service providers change; the effective date above will identify the current version.
